As of today ITV have launched a new version of it’s ITV player service. As you would expect you would be able to watch shows which aired recently on-demand(AKA after the fact).  However, you will also be able to go into the archives and rent an episode from a previous show with episodes costing anywhere between 49p and 79p. These rentals will be good for 30 days and will have no adverts. A full series of an archived show will also be available for a discount and some shows will be available before they’ve been aired on terrestrial TV.
